What kind of teams do you work with?
Seed to Series A — usually a technical founder who knows what to build but wants a design partner to shape how it feels. We keep the engagement small and direct: no account managers, just the people doing the work.
How do engagements typically start?
A 30-minute call to understand the problem. If it's a fit, we scope a focused sprint — usually 2–4 weeks — with a clear deliverable and a fixed fee.
Do you work on equity or retainer?
We prefer project fees. Retainers are possible for teams past launch who need ongoing design support. Equity arrangements are considered case by case.
Can I see past work?
Most client work is under NDA, but we share relevant case studies on request. The /features page of this site is a good example of what we ship.
